The habits of Muhammad SAW have a lot of benefits that science and medical science proved after many years of research.
1) Prophet Muhammad SAW used to wake up early. He used to start his day by walking up early for fajr Prayer. Science proved that waking up early increases productivity, as well as people who wake up early, are less likely to be depressed.
2) The holy prophet SAW used to eat less to prevent the disease and sickness. After many years science proved eating less can help us fight many diseases
3) The holy prophet SAW used to eat slow. It takes 20 minutes to send signals to the brain which tells the tummy is full.
Eating slow improves digestion as well as eating slowly is now highly recommend by science.
4) Eating At once. The holy prophet SAW always told us to eat together as a family. Today's science proves that eating together reduce stress and develop compassion.
5) Drinking water in three breathes. Modern science claims now drinking water at once can cause headaches, dizziness, and imbalance in blood electrolytes.
6) Eating Pomegranates. The holy prophet SAW likes pomegranates and today science declared that pomegranate as the healthiest fruit on earth.
7) Eating dates. Dates stabilize the blood sugar level, electrolyte level, and rebalance blood in our body.
Science proved that dates can boost up oxycontin production in the body and speed up labor.
8) Fasting.
The holy prophet SAW told us to fast during Ramadan. And today scientists declared that fasting in Ramadan is highly healthy and helped the body to fight cancer cells.
9) Prayer.
Three out of five pillars of Islam keep a human fit. Prayer is also a form of exercise and obviously, science tells us to do exercise daily to keep our heart and brain healthy.
In last I'd say that if we include these habits of the holy prophet SAW in our life, it will be transformed and even the whole society could be revolutionized.
